Buildfest Reflection

Where to start…. It was a lot of fun to learn about a new haptic device and come up with an idea of how to use them. im my group, I was the one that handled the tech and programming. We used the datafeel haptics and and arduino with and ultrasonic sensor to make our experience work. we had brainstormed a little before buildfest and then when we got to making we already had an idea of what we wanted to do. creating a functioning experience is hard to do in less than 40 hours, but it was not a bad experience. maybe next time if it was not the weekend of midterms that would be better. I am still tired. It would be really interensting to try to use haptics to convey emotions that we may not want to blantantly say to the user. it could also help interprate some of our haikus, if the meaning is a little unclear, the use of haptics could help users understand the emotion.
